This combed took approximately 25 months to make.
The Illinois - grown Merino took 13 months to grow, 6 months for me to skirt (yeah, my motivation was fleeting last summer cuz it was soooo hot), and it spent 7 months at the mill getting spiffed up for you! I'm not sure about the Mohair time frame, but you know it's worth it when it's from Ellie @ Billie Goat Mountain Ranch in Oregon.
